Winner of Enrichment Class Drawing Announced--Second Drawing to be Held

 

Laramie, WY (September 25, 2007) – Community Service Education, a division of the Outreach School congratulates Aneda Lee Jaramillo, winner of the Week of Welcome drawing for one free Enrichment Class.  Jaramillo was chosen at random from about 175 applicants.

A second drawing will be held at the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce 2007 Business Showcase.  The showcase will be held at the Albany County Fairgrounds September 28 from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. and September 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The University of Wyoming will host a booth during the event showcasing the various divisions which recently joined forces under a single UW, LACC partnership. UW representatives will giveaway a slew of gifts and promotional material.  The Outreach School will host a drawing for two $25 gift certificates that can be applied toward tuition in an Enrichment class.

“The Laramie community will have a chance to win free tickets, meals, t-shirts, book bags, and plenty of other swag,” says Pam Brekken, Marketing Coordinator for Outreach School division of Community Service Education.

Cultural Programs will be giving away two tickets to a theatrical production, UW Symphony will giveaway two tickets to one of its musical programs and Washakie Dining Services will give two free dinners to a lucky winner.

Other departments represented and giving away some great prizes include the UW Bookstore, Summer Session, Resident Life, Student Affairs, Colleges of Law, Agriculture, Business, and Education.
