CSE Donates Gift Certificate to the Open School


May 12, 2006 (Laramie, WY) -- UW Community Service Education donated a gift certificate to the Open School Silent Auction held May 2.  Jessica Alex, a teacher from the Open School, was the highest bidder to claim the gift certificate. 

 “We raised over $1,200 and will apply those funds to purchase a large activity table to enrich the school’s Creative Curriculum,” said Nancy Marlatt, Open School Board Director.  “The cost of the table plus shipping is about $1,700 and the silent auction was instrumental in making this purchase happen.”
