August 9, 2006 (Laramie, WY) -- UW Community Service Education recently conducted a General Enrichment Class Survey for Older Learners. The results of this survey will help the Enrichment Programs Project Coordinator, develop future courses to meet the needs of this demographic sector.
More than 120 people, over the age of 55, responded to this survey. Gloria Studdard, of Laramie was selected from a random drawing of all participants and was awarded a $50 Gift Certificate for a Community Enrichment Class.
The Fall issue of the UW Enrichment catalog will be hitting Albany County mailboxes next week. Some of the new classes this semester include Country Swing/Ballroom, Exploring Arab Culture & Language, Culinary Arts Made Easy, a Business Certificate Program, Tumbling/Gymnastics, Morning Pilates, Speed Dating and several others.
