September 18, 2007 (Laramie, WY) -- Renowned speaker Jep Enck presents “Extreme Customer Service,” October 18 from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. at Laramie’s brand-new Holiday Inn. The workshop/ luncheon are coordinated by University of Wyoming’s division of Community Service Education.
Topics to be discussed at this “Extreme” workshop include professionalism under pressure, internal customer service, managing customer expectations, personalized listening skills, and vocabulary and telephone skills.
Jep Enck is one of America’s most popular speakers and consultants and an expert in Customer Service. He holds a M.S. in Human Resources from Colorado State University and has over twenty years experience in management and speaking to large groups, corporate retreats, and conducts multi-day workshops.
Enck’s work is recognized nationally and locally. He has received the “Outstanding Community Service Award” from President Ronald Reagan and the “Excellence in Leadership Training” award from Colorado Governor Roy Romer.
“Anyone who works with the public should attend this one-day event,” says Simon Harrison, event coordinator for CSE. “Jep Enck is a world class speaker who will motivate and stimulate your staff to improve customer service and ultimately the corporate bottom line.”
Local vendors are invited to participate in the workshop and may reserve display space in the Holiday Inn. Lunch will be provided during the presentation after which Jep Enck will answer questions and discuss Customer Service with local vendors. Admission is $45 for the general public and for vendors desiring display space. This workshop is being offered in conjunction with the Business Certificate Program available through Community Service Education. To earn a certificate from the University of Wyoming, students must complete eight courses under the program. Admission for this event is $35 when attending as part of the certificate program.
