Second Session of Fitness Classes Starts this Week

March 7, 2006 (Laramie, WY) --
With the Spring semester already half over, UW Community Enrichment Programs is excited to announce the second installment of fitness classes starting this week.  These classes can help all those with cabin fever get fit for the summer season.  Among the fitness classes that will be starting are the popular 5:30 Step Aerobics and both morning and evening Hydrobics.

Other than fitness classes, Community Enrichment Programs also has a wide variety of other fun classes to enjoy.  Massage Therapy, a four-week class taught by Jane Hollon, will be starting on March 20th and Oil Painting, a six-week course taught by Terry Reid, will be starting on March 22nd.  Additionally, April will offer the mandatory Hunters Safety Training course for new hunters and Wyoming History, taught by UW Professor Phil Roberts.  A complete listing of classes offered can be found at http://outreach.uwyo.edu/enrichment.

Community Enrichment Programs is also looking for certified fitness instructors to teach some of our Summer and Fall fitness classes.  The qualified instructor must be available from May 26th – August 11th for the summer session.  The teaching times are flexible and salary is based on experience.  For more information, please contact Amy Gronke at (307) 766-6801.  UW is an EEO/AA employer.
