Sheila Couture
Sheila has been director for the Center for Conferences & Continuing Education, a Division of the Outreach School, at the University of Wyoming for nine years. She manages all departments and personnel, makes sales contacts for future business, and sits on various committees both on and off campus. The position is responsible for all conference coordination, creation of numerous programs, creating collaborative relationships with other organizations, online noncredit, and enrichment classes. The director assumes responsibility for one building on campus. She is also active in business forecasting.
