Delivering education with technology

The Division of Outreach Technology provides technological support for the programs and services offered through the Outreach School. The division units are Outreach Engineering, University of Wyoming Television (UWTV), and Computer Network Support. The division is the liaison for WEN and WVCS, statewide video conferencing network systems operating throughout Wyoming.

UWTV provides full professional services for television and videotape production, programming, and distribution. These services also include satellite downlinking, video conferencing, and videotape duplicating. Instructional TV program production facilities include three state-of-the-art TV classrooms that are utilized primarily for outreach credit courses.
