Protocol for Controlled Enrollment

The following guidelines have been adopted by the Department of Adult Learning and Technology to provide a high quality graduate educational degree program and to assist students in predictably planning their program of study.

  • All Online Adult Learning and Technology degree seeking students are subject to the course prerequisites and requirements listed in the Graduate Bulletin.
  • Adult Learning and Technology masters students must take the CAPSTONE course during their final spring semester to graduate.
  • Review the Graduate Bulletin for details and requirements of graduate degree programs.
  • Students will be enrolled into courses managed by controlled enrollment according to the following protocol:

    1. Graduate students admitted to an Adult Learning and Technology program.

    2. Graduate nursing students admitted to their masters program as verified by the School of Nursing.

    3. All others.

    The Department of Adult Learning and Technology will review and approve requests for enrollment into Adult Learning and Technology courses managed by controlled enrollment.
