Biology Degree Program
Protocol for Controlled Enrollment

Biology 1020 – Life Science is being offered primarily for Elementary Education majors.  Additionally, it is a content course in science for non-majors and does satisfy a science requirement. Consequently, students will be enrolled according to the following protocol:

1. Elementary Education majors that have junior or senior standing.

2. Seniors in other fields that need the course to complete their graduation requirements.

3. Elementary Education majors that have sophomore standing.

4. Others on a first-come-first serve basis – seniors, juniors, or sophomores.

5. Freshmen majoring in Elementary Education

6. Freshmen majoring in other fields.
