2. Register for Classes


Registration
Registration is online through WyoWeb. After you have received your username and password, you are now ready to register! Visit the class schedule before accessing WyoWeb, or use the search features in WyoWeb to look up your courses.

1. Access WyoWeb
2. Enter your username and password, click on ‘Login’
Note: The first time you log in you will be asked several questions to assist with resetting your password if you forget it in the future.

to register
1. Click on the ‘Student Resources’ tab

2. Find the ‘Registration Tools’ channel

3. Click on ‘Health Insurance’ Coverage'
Note: Outreach students are not eligible for student medical coverage unless they purchase the Optional Student fee package.
- If you select YES, your account will automatically be charged the Optional Student Fee Package and the Insurance Premium. Call 1-800-448-7801 for the costs of the Optional Student Fee Package and the Insurance Premium.
- If you select NO, your account will not be charged for the Optional Student Fee Package and Insurance Premium.

4. In the ‘Registration Tools’ channel, click on ‘Add/Drop Classes’, select a Term. Press Submit.
Note: A PERC number is not required for students classified as Outreach students. Please call Outreach Credit Programs at 1-800-448-7801 if you have questions.

5. Enter the 5-digit Course Reference Number (CRN) for each course in the boxes provided. Press Submit.
You may enter one or more courses at a time. If a course is offered for variable credit, you will be prompted to select the number of credit hours. Press Submit.
If a class is closed and a wait list is available, you will be given the option of adding yourself to the wait list. Click on ‘Waitlist’ and press Submit.
Note: When registering for controlled enrollment courses through WyoWeb, students will be required to sign up for a waitlist. The academic departments will approve enrollment. Students will be notified through their UWYO e-mail account when they are moved from the waitlist into class.

6. Search for available classes in the ‘Registration Tools’ channel. Select a Term and submit. Follow the instructions in the search options to search the class schedule. Press Class Search. You may also register directly from the ‘Look Up Classes’ listing by clicking on the Select Box to the left of the course listing.

to drop classes
In the ‘Registration Tools’ channel, click on ‘Add/Drop Classes’, then select ‘Drop’ in the ‘Registration Action’ field. Press Submit.

to view your schedule of classes
1. In the ‘Student Resources’ tab, find the ‘Banner Self-Service’ channel.
2. Click on ‘Student and Financial Aid’, then ‘Registration’, to view your ‘Student Detail Schedule’
3. On the ‘Student Resources’ tab, courses will appear in the 'My Courses’ channel. Click on ‘Courses.’
