3. Pay Tuition & Fees

When to pay –
Payment for your summer 2008 class(es) delivered by UW Outreach Credit Programs is due upon enrollment or one month prior to the beginning of the class, whichever is later. Payment for your fall 2008 class(es) is due on or before Aug. 1, 2008. (If you register after Aug. 1, 2008, your payment is due upon enrollment.) Students who are unable to make payment in full may confirm their registration by making a payment of one-third of the total amount due for the classes delivered by UW Outreach Credit Programs by the financial/commitment deadline. This payment will be included in the one-third payment of UW charges and will allow enrollment in the University's Institutional Payment Plan for fall 2008. Payment plans for summer 2008 must be arranged by calling Accounting Services at 1-800-448-7801. Confirmed Federal Financial Aid, scholarships, and/or confirmed Third Party Payment are considered as pending payment. Students who fail to pay in full or to make the initial installment payment may be dropped from classes thereafter at the discretion of Outreach Credit Programs.

To pay by MasterCard or Visa credit cards, call 1-800-448-7801, pay online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/uwyopay, or go to your ‘My Account’ channel in WyoWeb and click on the credit card icon.

To make arrangements for Third Party payment, call 1-800-448-7801.

Institutional Payment Plan (Available for fall 2008) –

All UW Outreach Credit Programs course charges are due on or before the (earlier) registration confirmation payment deadline. Students who are unable to pay the entire amount by this deadline may confirm their registration by making a payment of one-third the total amount due for their outreach classes.

This payment (plus one-third of any other UW charges) will automatically place a student into the University of Wyoming's Institutional payment Plan for fall 2008 which has two additional payment due dates. An enrollment fee of $15 will be added to the student's account each semester they are enrolled in the plan. 

Students owing $75 or less will not be placed in the payment plan or dropped. Offered and accepted financial aid in an amount equal to or greater than the required payment amount will be treated as a pending payment on the plan. Please check your 'Financial Aid' channel and your 'My Account' channel on WyoWeb for details and to determine the amount due.
