Lei Zheng - Introduction to Chinese Culture
![]() |
Lei came from mainland China. The meaning of Lei in Chinese happens to be the same as in English: flower. Lei will share her view of the contemporary Chinese culture. She was an editor for a technical journal in China before joining her husband in Laramie. She worked in Toronto for a short time but settled down back in Wyoming. Lei is now a certified medical technologist and proud mom of two children. Lei is a also skillful chef of Chinese cooking, which she will include in her class as an important component of the Chinese culture. This class will encourage participations and discussions and welcome any questions you may have about China. If Lei does not know the answer, she will make sure to point you to somebody who does. She hopes this class will unveil any mysteries that might be in your vision on China. She also hopes you enjoying authentic Chinese cooking with the recipes she will share with you. |
