Song & Dance - Music makes the world go round!

Country Western Dance 

We'll start with the basics: The Sweetheart Cuddle, Promenade, Walk-Thrus, and Open Doors are all part of dancing to the Beginner's Two-Step.  Learn the purpose of a good "dance frame," and then add more variety to your dancing with the Texas Two-Step Swing and the Cowboy Waltz.  Couples and singles are encouraged to attend.  No prior dance experience required.

Belly Dance: Turkish and Egyptian Style

Join us for a fun, low-impact, sensual workout that is based in getting in touch with feminine principles.  Wear comfortable clothing, and bring your a hip scarf and a blank CD.

Instructor Aylin Marquez has been practicing the art of belly dancing since she was five years old.

Tues./Thurs.         7:00  - 8:00 pm         May 20 - June 19
Fee: $65
UW Half Acre, Room 3 North
Note: Participants without Half Acre access, please bring $2 and receipt of payment to Half Acre front desk first day of class.
