Deetta has worked in Wyoming in the private, educational, and government settings for over thirty years. She has worked as a library clerk, secretary, teacher, college instructor, and currently is employed as a training coordinator/instructor for the State of Wyoming.

Deetta received her master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Wyoming in 2005. Her particular areas of expertise include computer applications and “soft skills” courses. She is a training coordinator and self proclaimed “conference queen” or event planner for the State of Wyoming.

Deetta resides in Cheyenne with her son, “Stan the Man.” Some of her hobbies include:  kickboxing, acting, lifting weights, and volunteering. Her most recent “feel good” activity is joining the Cheyenne Relay for Life event as a team captain.
