Based on the “principle of similars” or “let like cure like”. Learn the basics, including how to relieve the symptoms of a few common ailments. Main focus is on treatments & how to use remedies at home for minor, common situations.

Power Flow Yoga
An integrated system that incorporates many different styles of eastern philosophies, including: Ashtanga, Hatha & Iyengar Yoga. A great way to rejuvenate, tone muscles, and bring calmness to the mind.
Instructor Emily Swenson has been practicing all styles of yoga for 9 years, including time spent studying and teaching in India.
