Intro to Buddhism

Suffering comes in many forms: emotional, physical, social and spiritual.  Explore the Buddha's 4 Noble Truths regarding suffering. Incorporating these truths into our daily lives in interesting and practical ways, in the pursuit of our own and others' happiness, will be a significant part of our discussion.

Introduction to Homeopathy

Based on the “principle of similars” or “let like cure like”.  Learn the basics, including how to relieve the symptoms of a few common ailments. Main focus is on treatments & how to use remedies at home for minor, common situations.
         Instructor Shawn Palmer is certified in homeopathy with a background in naturopathic medicine.

Power Flow Yoga

An integrated system that incorporates many different styles of eastern philosophies, including: Ashtanga, Hatha & Iyengar Yoga. A great way to rejuvenate, tone muscles, and bring calmness to the mind. 
         Instructor Emily Swenson has been practicing all styles of yoga for 9 years, including time spent studying and teaching in India.
