There is so much more to the "Grand Ultimate Fist" than the slow waving of hands in vague motions, which - unfortunately - has characterized Tai Chi Ch'uan for most Americans in the past 30 years. In this class, we will endeavor to explore the essential concepts of this great art that will allow anybody to develop solid health, surprising physical strength, and a real foundation for martial skill, should it be desired. We can accommodate ALL levels of health, fitness, and interest. Students should come prepared to be entertained, challenged, and to do some meaningful work at their own level.
