Jeff Brasher received his Ph.D. in Biological Education in 2006 at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, primarily studying plant systematics. He is currently working as a University of Wyoming Research Scientist serving as the Cooperative Extension Service Weed Science Plant Taxonomist. He has also studied and taught at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah; Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, and Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Chandler, Arizona. He enjoys research in botany, biology in general, and teaching others how fascinating nature is.
