postage
Correspondence study pays postage on materials sent to students in the United States and Canada. Enrollees from other countries must submit $20 if they want materials sent air mail. The office will not accept mail with insufficient postage, so please weigh your assignments and attach the correct postage.

Textbook information is included in the syllabus. Textbooks may be purchased online at www.uwyobookstore.com or by mail from the University Bookstore, Dept. 3255, 1000 E. University Ave., Laramie, WY 82071. You also may purchase books by fax at (307) 766-3221.

audio/visual materials
Some of the audio/visual materials, video cassettes, tapes, and so on used in the courses are available only from the correspondence study rental library. Materials may be ordered using the A/V Material form found in the course syllabus. Some courses use audio/ visual material that must be purchased; in other courses a refundable deposit is required. The amount of the deposit varies; information is included in the syllabus and in this catalog. In order to receive your deposit back, all audio/visual material must be returned within two weeks after the course completion or withdrawal date—or earlier if indicated in the course syllabus. Check your syllabus for information on purchasing and deposits. If audio/visual material is purchased, the correspondence study office will buy back the tapes at one-half price if they are still being used and are in good condition. When returning materials, make sure you have enclosed proper identification.
