Refund Policy

Requests for withdrawal from correspondence study courses must be
made in writing. The date for calculating the refund will be the day by which the Outreach Credit Programs office receives the withdrawal request. Refund percentages are for tuition only. They do not include delivery fees. The refund schedule is as follows:

  • 100%–If enrollment is not accepted by the University of Wyoming
  • 90%–If a student withdraws within the first six weeks of the date of enrollment
  • 50%–If a student withdraws within six to 12 weeks of the date of enrollment
  • 0%–If a student withdraws after 12 weeks of the date of enrollment
