Refunds

Student course refunds are based on the percentage of the class remaining at the time of official withdrawal. If the student drops prior to the beginning of the course, a full refund of tuition and fees is issued. The percentage used to determine the amount of tuition to be refunded is based on the number of remaining class hours as noted in the course schedule.

Students who formally withdraw prior to the second scheduled class meeting will receive a full refund of tuition. Fees are nonrefundable after the official drop period or beginning of class, whichever occurs last. Please see charts below for more information.
