About WyoWeb


WyoWeb features
WyoWeb will be the system through which you register for classes, view financial aid, pay your bills, and complete many other university functions. WyoWeb is also a key communication mechanism for UW. It contains university announcements, announcements targeted at specific groups, information on university events, information about various campus groups, a calendar, and access to your UW e-mail account. A your e-mail account will be the place where all official university communication is received.

  • Single sign-on access to multiple university systems\(new student information system) including Online UW and eCompanion courses.
  • Official e-mail and university communications
  • Targeted university news and announcements
  • Message boards, groups, and chat rooms

Personal information
In the ‘Personal Information’ channel, you may update your address and phone number. In addition, you can access emergency contacts, and update them appropriately.

view midterm or final grades
In the ‘Banner Self-Service’ channel, click on the ‘Student and Financial Aid’ link, then the ‘Student Records’ link. Here you can access information on midterm and final grades.

Under ‘Student Records’ you may also view detailed information about holds, general student information, and grade details.

Change Grading Options
In the ‘Banner Self-Service’ channel, click on the ‘Student and Financial Aid’ link and then the ‘Change Class Options’ link. If a grading change is available, you may change the grading option for the appropriate course.
Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory:
To Register for or Add a Course S/U: Select S/U Grade Option (check with your adviser before signing up for S/U grade option)
Audit:
To Register for or Add a course for Audit: Select Audit Grade Option (audited hours will not be counted toward full-time enrollment but you will be charged regular tuition for these courses)
