8:30 a.m. Buses unload – site TBA 8:30 – 8:50 a.m. Students check projects for final Scientific Review Committee approval Wyoming Union Yellowstone Ballroom. 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. Judges registration – Wyoming Union Senate Chambers 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. Judges Meeting- Wyoming Union Senate Chambers 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. Judges review projects without students 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Museum Tours & Campus Tours - meet in Wyoming Union outside of Ballroom 11:00 a.m. – 12:15p.m. Lunch for teachers and students on their own. 12:15 – 4:30 p.m. Student interviews by judges – students remain at their projects. 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. WSTA Meeting and Lunch. Teachers Lunch sponsored by the U.W. Science and Mathematics Teaching Center (SMTC) Wyo Hall 240 4:40 p.m. Buses load - site TBA. 7:30 – 8:45 p.m. Project tear down. 9:00 – 11:00 p.m. Student Fun Night – Corbett Bldg.
