* These rates do not include taxes and other applicable fees which, as of spring 2007, were approximately 10%.  These additional charges are subject to change at any time without notice and must be paid in full with final payment. 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
Individuals may make their reservations directly with the hotel through the hotel’s reservation number (1-800-522-5464).   A one-night deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.  The balance and any additional charges incurred during one's stay is due upon departure.

30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
After the group block has been released on March 22, 2008, individuals may still make reservations at the conference rate on a space available basis.
