English as a Second Language: Culture and Conversation in Wyoming

*Welcome to the Website for the Culture and Conversation Program*
		This program is designed to engage participants to learn and work with English as a second language, all in the wonderful environment of southeastern Wyoming, the heart of the wild west! Here is your opportunity to learn English as a second language, while being exposed to the cultural and recreational opportunities in one of the most pristine states in the United States. The Culture and Conversation programs last two full weeks, with an optional add-on of a third week if you are interested. Sponsored by the Laramie County Community College, a well-established educational institution, and the University of Wyoming Center for Conferences & Continuing Education, a Division of theOutreach School.




		You will participate in the following fun and educational adventures:

	• Spend a day in the beautiful Snowy Range Mountains *• Tour the University of Wyoming and its museums* *• Attend a summer theater production or musical concert* *• Bask in the healing waters of the Saratoga Mineral Springs*		• Enjoy a picnic at the famous Vedauwoo rock formations *• Learn about the American buffalo at the Terry Bison Ranch in Cheyenne, Wyoming* *• A third week of activities is available for an additional fee*
